Pineapple, Beetroot & Orange Juice

I also call this fresh juice: Lily’s Juice. My dear friend Lily gave me the recipe for this juice and it has been one of my favorites ever since! It tastes better than candy and leaves you wanting more.

Let’s take a look at the benefit of PINEAPPLE:

  • Bromelain ⇒ The key enzyme in pineapple which reduces inflammation as effective as drugs. It fights infections and kills bacteria.
  • Vitamin C ⇒ An excellent immune supporter and is great for oral health, reducing the risk of gingivitis and periodontal disease.
  • Vitamin A ⇒ Is abundant in pineapple, with 58 IU’s per 100 gr! Beta-carotene is present in great amounts too. These compounds are excellent antioxidants.
  • Vitamin B1 ⇒ Turning Carbohydrates into energy we need. It is also important for proper muscle function and nervous system operation.
  • Phosphorous ⇒ Is required by the body for bone and teeth formation. Calcium alone cannot build strong bones and tissues. 1 cup serving of pineapple is up to 13 mg of phosphorous.
  • Manganese ⇒ Is a vitamin our body cannot produce on its own. Manganese helps with bone formation, healing wounds, and maintaining healthy skin. It helps regulate blood sugar levels and strengthen the immune system.

Pineapple juice is 5 times more effective than cough syrup because it contains bromelain.

As we know that BEETROOT is very good for our skin. But more than just a good skin ingredient, beetroot is also good for:

  • Improves memory
  • Detoxifies body
  • Fat free and energy giving
  • Effective for wound healing
  • Lowers cholesterol and BP
  • Prevents skin ageing and cell damage
  • Improves immunity
